How to Print Your Own Volunteer’s ID

1.  Request for the word file version of the Volunteer’s ID
2. Edit and type your name in the appropriate space.
3. Print (preferably using an inkjet or laser printer).
4. Paste your 1”x 1” ID photo in the appropriate box
5. Have it laminated. Alternatively, you can mount it onto a hard cardboard or illustration board.
6. Punch two holes in the indicated slots.
7. Insert string and tie knot at string ends.
